Mother and Daughter Seven-Week Empowerment Program

Transforming the hearts, minds, and bodies of mothers and daughters, so they can accomplish all of their dreams and impact the world.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Mothers and daughters

GRADES: Sixth to ninth grade

“When we invest in girls and give them a chance, they can change the world. We believe that for girls to thrive academically, they need to thrive in heart, mind, and body. When we empower girls in disadvantaged communities through education, motivation, and self-love, they become the leaders of tomorrow. As we teach mothers how to empower their daughters, we not only impact girls, but also the family, the community, and the world”. — Nancy Salmeron

Vision

The vision of the program is for mothers and girls to develop a believe mindset that will change impossibilities to possibilities. Girls will have strong, healthy bodies and positive body images that are crucial to being healthy women. Their hearts will be powerful beyond measure—full of self-love and confidence that will continue in the years to come.

Mission

Our mission is to guide mothers and girls in discovering self-love, self-confidence, courage, determination, and perseverance by working from the inside out. We celebrate the identities of girls and mothers and empower them to discover the world and to know that they can impact it. We empower mothers to believe in themselves, to complete goals, and to follow their dreams, because as they do, they support their daughters to do the same. Our overall mission is to create life-changing and transformational experiences that prepare girls for high school, college, and beyond.
